AI

Embedding

Converting text into numbers that computers understand. This lets your agent find similar documents quickly using vector search.

Flow

A structured conversation path with buttons, forms, and predefined responses. Built in the Rich Message Builder.

Hybrid Mode

Combining AI responses with structured flows. Best of both worlds: natural conversations + guided interactions.

Integration

Connection to external services like Stripe, Shopify, or Zendesk. Lets your agent interact with your business tools.

Knowledge Base

All documents, websites, and data your agent can search to answer questions.

Organization

Your workspace in ChatCrafterAI. Contains all your agents, settings, and billing.

Rich Messages

Interactive elements like buttons, forms, carousels, and cards. Used in flows and hybrid mode.

Sentiment Analysis

Detecting customer emotion from their messages (happy, frustrated, neutral, etc.). Shows in analytics.

Tokens

Units of text used by AI models. Longer responses = more tokens = higher cost. Tracked in billing. Smart search that finds similar content, not just keyword matches. Used in Knowledge Base to answer questions accurately.

Web Widget

Your agent embedded on your website. Mobile-responsive and customizable.
