Creating your ChatCrafterAI account is quick and straightforward:
  1. Navigate to ChatCrafterAI.com and locate the “Sign Up” button in the top-right corner of the homepage
  2. Enter your email address - Use a business email if possible for better organization management
  3. Create a strong password - Your password must be at least 8 characters
  4. Click “Create Account” - Your account will be created instantly
  5. Verify your email - Check your inbox for a verification email from ChatCrafterAI (check spam folder if not received within 2 minutes)
  6. Click the verification link - This activates your account and confirms your email address
  7. Done! You’re ready to start building

Your First Login

After completing email verification, you’ll be automatically redirected to the login page:
  1. Enter your credentials - Use the email and password you just created

  • Email Address - Your registered email (cannot be changed currently)
  • Full Name - Your display name
  • Account Created - When you joined ChatCrafterAI
  • Current Plan - Your subscription tier (Free, Starter, Growth, Business, or Enterprise)
  • Account ID - Your unique account identifier

Choose your preferred theme from the user menu (top right):

Delete Account

If you need to delete your account:
  1. Go to Settings → Account

Can I use social login (Google, Microsoft)? Yes, Google social login is available. You can sign up or log in using your Google account for quick access. Do I need a credit card to sign up? No. The free plan is truly free with no credit card required. You’ll only be asked for payment information when upgrading to a paid plan. Can I change my email address later? Currently, email changes are not supported. If you need to change your email, please contact support. How do I delete my account? Navigate to Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
