Track agent performance, conversations, and usage metrics.Overview
The Analytics dashboard provides three main sections:- Analytics - Conversation and message metrics
- Visitor - Visitor tracking and engagement patterns
- Knowledge - Knowledge base quality and usage
Accessing Analytics
- Navigate to Agent Dashboard
- Select your agent
- Click Analytics in the sidebar
- Choose section: Analytics, Visitor, or Knowledge
Date Range Selection
Select time period using the date picker:- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Custom date range
- Free tier: 30 days
- Paid tiers: Unlimited historical data
Conversation Analytics
Key Metrics
Messages:- Total messages in period
- All-time message count
- Messages per day (average)
- Messages per conversation (average)
- Total conversations
- Active conversations
- Inactive conversations
- Active conversation rate (%)
- Total tokens used
- Tokens per message (average)
- Token usage breakdown by provider
Daily Message Trend
Line chart showing daily message volume over selected period.Channel Breakdown
Message distribution across channels:- Web Widget

Conversation Topics
Bar chart showing most discussed topics in conversations.Weekday Activity

Shows the day with highest message volume and count.Performance Insights

Visitor Analytics
Track unique visitors and engagement patterns.Metrics Tracked
Visitors:- Total unique visitors (by session)
- New visitors (single visit)
- Returning visitors (2+ visits)
- New visitor percentage
- Returning visitor percentage
- One visit
- Two to three visits
- Four or more visits
- Visitor trend over time
- Growth rate vs previous period
Accessing Visitor Analytics
- Go to Analytics section
- Click Visitor tab
- Select date range
Understanding Visitor Data
Visitors are tracked by session ID. Each unique session counts as one visitor. The system identifies:- New visitors: Single session in selected period
- Returning visitors: Multiple sessions in selected period
Knowledge Base Analytics
Monitor knowledge base quality and usage.Document Metrics
Inventory:- Total documents
- Total words across all documents
- Recently added documents
- Average words per document
- Average quality score (0-100%)
- Low quality documents count
- Average content freshness (0-100%)
- Outdated documents count
- Total content chunks
- Average chunks per document
- Average words per chunk
Usage Metrics
Searches:- Total searches performed
- Unique searched documents
- Never searched documents
- Most searched documents (with counts)
Distribution
Content Types:- Text
- URL
- Markdown
- HTML
- DOCX
- CSV
- Other
Categorization
Categories & Tags:- Top categories (document groupings)
- Top tags
- Total categories count
- Total tags count
Quality Assessment
Completeness:- Good (complete content)
- Needs content (incomplete)
- In use (actively searched)
- Not used (never searched)
Accessing KB Analytics
- Go to Analytics section
- Click Knowledge tab
- Review metrics and recommendations
Improving Knowledge Base
Based on analytics:- Update low quality documents
- Refresh outdated content
- Add content for high-search topics with no results
- Remove or update never-searched documents
- Follow system recommendations
Data Export
Analytics data can be exported from each section for further analysis.Tier Restrictions

- Cannot view data older than 30 days
- Unlimited data retention
- Full historical access
